1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using INCIO Reviews, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

INCIO Reviews is a Chrome extension that helps a user export review content accessible on configured Amazon pages into CSV or JSON files. The website provides product information, documentation, and support. Features, limits, supported marketplaces, and availability may change as the extension and third-party pages evolve.

Version 1.0 is provided without an INCIO account and at no charge. If we later offer paid features, subscriptions, or accounts, any price and additional terms will be shown before purchase and will not be applied retroactively without your agreement.

3. Limited license and ownership

Subject to these terms, INCIO grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the extension for lawful internal research and business purposes. INCIO and its licensors retain all rights in the extension, website, documentation, design, trademarks, and original software. No ownership rights transfer to you.

You retain any rights you have in information or files you provide to support. You grant INCIO permission to use that material only as needed to provide support, investigate issues, protect the service, and improve reliability or documentation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of law, contract, or third-party rights;
  • circumvent CAPTCHAs, access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
  • use automation to evade the extension's 100-review limit or safety stops;
  • interfere with Amazon, Chrome, the service, or another user's systems;
  • introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • reverse engineer, copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • misrepresent INCIO Reviews as affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Google, or another third party;
  • use exported content to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other rights.

5. Amazon, Chrome, and other third parties

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and any exported content complies with Amazon's terms, applicable law, and any contractual duties that apply to you. INCIO does not grant rights to Amazon content and does not authorize conduct prohibited by a third-party platform.

Amazon may change page structure, require sign-in, restrict review visibility, display a CAPTCHA, or take action on an Amazon account. The extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store, but Google is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. INCIO Reviews is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Google.

6. Exported data and research decisions

Export completeness and accuracy depend on information and access made available by third-party pages. Reviews are observational content and may be incomplete, biased, inaccurate, fraudulent, outdated, or unrepresentative. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.

INCIO does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, product-safety, medical, or investment advice. The extension and documentation are research tools, not a substitute for professional advice or independent verification.

7. Privacy, updates, and availability

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Chrome may install extension updates automatically. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict use that creates legal, security, platform, or operational risk. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or availability. We do not warrant that every configured marketplace, product, review, filter, image link, or export will be available or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INCIO LLC and its members, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, Amazon account access, or purchasing decisions arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INCIO's total aggregate liability arising from the free service will not exceed USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INCIO LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

11. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use, export, or re-export the service in violation of United States export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable trade restrictions.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. The effective date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, extension, or Chrome Web Store listing where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the extension.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a mandatory legal forum will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming. If mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you rights or forums that cannot be waived, those rights and forums remain unaffected.

14. General provisions

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; INCIO may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
