1. Scope and operator
INCIO Reviews is operated by INCIO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy applies to the INCIO Reviews Chrome extension, the website at incio.us, product documentation, and support communications. In this policy, "INCIO," "we," and "our" mean INCIO LLC.
2. Information processed by the extension
When you start an export, the extension reads review information visible on the supported Amazon page you selected. Depending on what Amazon makes available, this may include:
- review title, text, star rating, date, and location text;
- reviewer display name, verified-purchase status, and helpful count;
- product variation, review ID, review URL, and review image links;
- ASIN, marketplace, Amazon domain, source URL, and source page number;
- selected filters, requested count, progress, warnings, and export status.
This information is used only to perform the export you request, show progress and errors, and create the CSV or JSON file on your device.
Information the extension does not request
Version 1.0 does not request permission to read Amazon cookies, passwords, payment details, email, bookmarks, or general browsing history. It does not read or transmit your Amazon credentials.
3. Local processing and Chrome storage
Review content, product identifiers, export state, and generated files are processed locally in Chrome. Version 1.0 does not send review text, reviewer names, ASINs, source URLs, or exported files to INCIO servers or third-party analytics services.
The extension uses chrome.storage.local for preferences, the accepted privacy-notice version, current job state, progress, warnings, and temporarily collected reviews. Starting a new job replaces the prior active job state. Local extension data can also be removed by clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling the extension.
Before you select Continue on the one-time privacy notice, the extension does not inspect the active Amazon page for review data.
4. Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure
INCIO Reviews' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information processed through extension permissions is used only to provide or improve the user-facing export function, security, reliability, and support.
We do not sell extension user data, use it for personalized advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending, or allow humans to read locally processed review data unless you deliberately include that information in a support request or disclosure is required for security or legal compliance.
5. Accounts, analytics, advertising, and automated decisions
- No INCIO account is required to use version 1.0.
- Version 1.0 contains no external analytics or advertising SDK.
- INCIO does not sell or rent extension review data.
- Review data is not used for advertising or model training by INCIO.
- INCIO does not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about users.
6. Website and support information
Website delivery
The public website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include marketing pixels at the effective date. Hosting and security infrastructure may process routine request data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and date and time, to deliver and protect the website. INCIO does not maintain a separate behavioral-profile database from those requests.
Because the site does not sell data or use cross-site behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change its current behavior. We will update this policy before adding analytics, advertising, or material tracking technologies.
Support communications
If you contact us, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. We use it to answer the request, investigate faults, protect the service, and improve documentation or reliability. Do not send passwords, cookies, session tokens, payment information, or full review datasets.
7. Legal bases, retention, and international processing
Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, routine website security and support operations rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service; communications may also be processed to take steps you request or to comply with legal obligations. Local extension processing occurs on your device to provide the export you initiate.
Locally stored extension data remains under your browser's control as described above. Support correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after a request is resolved, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal obligations, or a dispute. Infrastructure providers may process data in the United States or other countries under their safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms.
8. Service providers and third-party services
We use service providers for website hosting, domain and email delivery, and Chrome Web Store distribution. They process information only for those operational purposes under their own terms and contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Amazon controls its websites and accounts. Your Amazon use is governed by Amazon's terms and privacy notices. If you upload an export to Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Claude, or another service, that provider's terms and privacy practices apply. INCIO is independent from Amazon, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party services.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal information INCIO controls. These rights do not apply to review data that remains only in your browser and is never received by INCIO; you control that data through Chrome and the export files on your device.
Send a rights request to privacy@incio.us. We may need to verify the request. You may also complain to the competent privacy regulator in your country. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information we receive, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. The service is intended for adults and business research and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, law, or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to extension data handling will also be reflected in Chrome Web Store disclosures and, when required, in the extension interface.
