1. Start from one of three places

  • Open an Amazon product page and click the extension.
  • Open an Amazon reviews page and start directly.
  • From another page, select a marketplace and enter an ASIN.

If review visibility is restricted, Amazon may require you to sign in to a regular customer account. INCIO Reviews does not read or store the password used for that Amazon session.

2. Choose the export scope

Select CSV or JSON, the review count, star filter, and available sort option. Version 1.0 supports up to 100 accessible reviews per export. The default is 50 and Chrome remembers the most recently selected count locally.

3. Collection runs in the browser

After you start, the extension opens or uses the relevant reviews page, reads review cards visible to the browser, and proceeds sequentially. It does not make a cloud copy of the dataset or send reviews to INCIO.

Temporary job state may be stored in Chrome while collection is running. Starting a new job replaces the previous active job state.

4. Login, CAPTCHA, and partial results

The extension stops rather than trying to bypass an Amazon CAPTCHA or sign-in requirement. If pagination ends early or access changes during collection, it can preserve the reviews already collected and mark the result as partial with a reason in the export metadata.

5. Download CSV or JSON

CSV is designed for Excel, Google Sheets, and tabular review analysis. JSON keeps explicit field names, arrays, null values, job status, and processing metadata for scripts, notebooks, databases, and AI-assisted workflows.
