Frequently asked questions
Why does INCIO Reviews ask me to sign in to Amazon?
Amazon may hide customer reviews from signed-out visitors. INCIO Reviews does not read your password or cookies; it uses review content visible in your existing browser session.
Why did my export stop before the requested count?
Filters may leave fewer accessible reviews, pagination may end, page structure may differ, or Amazon may show a sign-in or CAPTCHA state. A partial export can still contain reviews collected before the stop.
Does INCIO receive my review data?
No. Version 1.0 processes reviews locally in Chrome and does not send review content or exported files to INCIO servers.
Does the extension download review images?
The export can include image links visible on a review page. It does not download the image files themselves.
Can I export more than 100 reviews?
No. Version 1.0 is limited to 100 accessible reviews per export.
